Friday, June 24 -The Grand Tetons & Yellowstone National Parks, WY- 252.3 miles, 11266.8 for the trip

I'm not at all sure when the next few pages will get posted - I don't have any cell signal or WiFi here at site 68 at the Flagg RV Resort. Not sure why they call it a resort other than the prices they charge - $64.00 per night (although that is about the price for sites in the area that are not actually part of the park system). Although I have seen lots of complaints about the Flagg RV Resort on line, I suspect the high price generates most of them. I have stayed in far worse (and, of course, much better). The sites are on dirt, but nicely shaded, only 20 amps available, but clean bathrooms with large showers. In any case, I'm here for a couple of days to check out the Tetons & Yellowstone.

Last night at the KOA was interesting - we had a hailstorm that dropped 1/2"hailstones - sounded great on the trailer!

After setting up the trailer at Flaggs I headed off to Yellowstone. I got as far as Old Faithful before I decided it was time to had back to the campground for dinner. I did get a photo of Old Faithful spouting off, however it sure seems pretty lame compared to the last time I was here. In any case, I included a photo.

After that it was a long drive back to the campground for a couple of veggie burgers & fried squash for dinner. I'll bring both the laptop & the cell USB stick with me tomorrow in case I run into a signal.

Till Then!
