July 26, 2000 (318 miles)
Today we continued across Canada on Ontario 3 along Lake Erie, and back into the US at Detroit, picking up US 12. W e spent most of the day driving & stopped for the night at site 219 at the Green Valley Campground in Sturgis (Michigan, not South Dakota!) The site was OK, however the showers left something to be desired - they used a push button that had to be held down for the water to run, and didn't have a shelf or hangers to put your stuff. (By the way, it has been 11 years since the trip, so comments on motels or campgrounds are probably dated - I hope they have fixed the showers!)
