Here is a list of some of the Web sites that offer pre owned RV's for sale, usually by their owners. Of course, don't forget eBay as a source. If you use eBay, check the Toolhaus Website for a quick way to find feedback info on sellers.
Since I have not purchased a RV from any of these suppliers, I'm not comfortable making comments so I'll just list them.

Motorhome Review Online Go to the ratings link to check on owner's reviews of their RV's and a survey page of many models of RVs.
RV Consumer Group Although you need to buy the product, many RVers swear by the RV Ratings Guide CD. It is a small amount compared to what you will spend for your used or new RV. Lots of free info is also available at the site.

RV Coach On Line (Added 8/16/06) One of RV-Coach On Line's pages - owner submitted ratings for many RVs.
PLL's Used RV's Sold Pages (Added 7/28/05) The link to their used RV listings is in the section below. This link is a good place to get an idea of what over 1800 used RV's sold for.
NewRVer.com This site describes the different types of RV's, and provides many links to information useful to those considering purchasing an RV.
RV Buyers Guide Provided by the publishers of Motorhome Magazine & Trailer Life Magazine, The site is a bit commercial, but contains many links to information for those considering purchasing an RV.
Used RV Sites:
BMX RV "Bmxrv.com is the website that is having the splendid verities and designs of RV and Motorhomes for sale to the prospective buyers and sellers. This website is quite rich to have larger verities of Motorhomes for sale and also the most promising services that are required to have before buying RVs." I'm not sure I agree with the spelling or phrasing on this site, but it provides links to many used RV dealers.
