The Central New York's 16th Annual Great Pumpkin Festival - October 6 & 7, 2007
The CNY Great Pumpkin Festival takes place in Oswego October 6 & 7 this year. As of 2:00, Saturday afternoon, the largest pumpkin was weighed in at 1405.5 lbs, grown by Bill Bobier.

It's Fall, September 30th, 2006, and time for the Annual Central New York Great Pumpkin Festival!
Thousands of pounds of pumpkins appear in Washington Square Park, with a $1500.00 prize going to the grower of the largest. In addition to the battle for the largest pumpkin, there are crafts, food and games for the crowd.
