Saturday, January 18, 2020 - La Posa West LTVA, Quartzsite, AZ, Day 41 - 0 Miles, 3,894.2 Miles for the Trip

A cool night, going down to 34°F. After breakfast I headed over to the Big Tent to see if anything was new for this year. Very little has changed, very crowded as usual on opening morning. Over all, I believe that Quartzsite is more crowded this year than it has been for the show, at least for the last 4 years I've been here.

Dometic had a large booth, and Battleborn (the makers of my lithium batteries) was very busy. Still more non RV related booths than RV, but still interesting to walk through. I definitely got my two miles in without going for a morning walk.

I went back around 3:30 for my traditional Gyro at one of the food booths, I was wearing my Lost Dutchman State Park tee shirt (it had warmed up nicely by then) and the guy making the Gyro was from Apache Junction, the home of the park. We chatted about the area, and he made the most stuffed Gyro I've ever had. That ended up being a late lunch & dinner. Messy, but delicious!

Until Next Time -
